Special PRO Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Special PRO handles information when you use the app. It applies to the Special PRO Android application.

VPN connection

Special PRO starts a VPN connection only after you take an explicit action and approve Android’s system VPN permission. While a VPN session is active, the app shows a persistent foreground notification and provides a way to disconnect. The app uses Android’s VpnService API to create and manage the device-level VPN connection.

Information handled by the app

To provide connection and network features, the app may process connection status, the selected server, IP address and basic network information. The app also uses device and app information, such as operating-system version, device model, language, app version, diagnostic events and identifiers, to operate the service, prevent abuse, measure reliability and support advertising and attribution.

Advertising, analytics and attribution

The app includes advertising, analytics and attribution services. These services may collect or receive device or other identifiers, including the Android advertising ID where available, IP address, app interaction events, diagnostic information and ad performance data. The app uses Google Mobile Ads, Meta/Facebook SDK services and Adjust for advertising, measurement, attribution and related fraud-prevention purposes. These providers process information under their own privacy policies.

Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers that operate the VPN connection, advertising, analytics, attribution, hosting, security and technical-support functions. We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing for advertising or measurement may be treated as sharing under laws that define that term broadly.

Data retention and security

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, to meet legal obligations or to resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect information; however, no transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Your choices

You can disconnect the VPN at any time from the app or its ongoing notification. You can reset or limit the Android advertising ID in your device settings. You can also manage notification permissions in Android settings.

Children

Special PRO is not directed to children. Do not use the app if you are not old enough to consent to data processing in your location.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date.
